Six Flags St. Louis made news with the 2018 Fright Fest Coffin Challenge, in which some (un)lucky participants spent 30 hours in a “lightly used” coffin. It is always exciting to see such innovative ways Fright Fest conjures up scares, and often the most terrifying situations are centered around our most basic fears. In the case of the iconic maze Blackout, prepare to have your fear of darkness exploited. This is the only maze that leaves visitors completely in the dark, so you’ll have to feel and fumble through spider-webs, over scurrying critters, and more. And if your eyes ever adjust and you do happen to catch a glimpse of the beings that roam this maze, you’ll wish you hadn’t.
AAA members can save on general admission to all Six Flags parks year-round by buying tickets online or in-branch.
• Members attending Fright Fest in Six Flags Fiesta Texas will only need general admission.
• Members attending Fright Fest at other Six Flags locations and buying general admission through AAA must purchase Fright Fest tickets from Six Flags separately, either online or at the park.
